Sharps modified with safety devices are now readily available to the NHS
It is the law for employers to monitor and minimise risks to healthcare workers
The Department of Health has published new guidance aimed at reducing needlestick injuries in the NHS


EVERY needlestick injury is potentially serious. You should always report it.
